Amazing program

This program is amazing. You learn so much from tracking your macros to modifying workouts. I love there are core workouts for postpartum mommas! Definitely recommend this program to everyone!

Awesome program

This is my first time joining this program/challenge and it’s been great!!! It keeps me focused, it’s nice for it to tell u what exactly to do whether working out from home or in a gym, I used to feel lost going to the gym and not knowing what to do, this program has made me enjoy being in the gym and knowing what I’m actually doing ;)
The nutrition part is also very helpful! Amanda is awesome and motivating I mean those abs tho, she’s goals!!!!!

Amanda’s challenges are amazing! She is the first fitness trainer I started with in 2021. Her challenges are effective and overall great! You have the option to do home or gym version of your workout! I love that. YES! IT'S COMPLETELY UP TO YOU AND YOUR SCHEDULE!

DO WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE CHALLENGE AFTER THE 6 WEEKS?

UNFORTUNATELY NO, THE APP ACCESS+ WORKOUTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE 6 WEEKS!

WHAT IF I MISS A FEW DAYS (SICK, INJURY, SOMETHING CAME UP BECAUSE ITS LIFE)

YOU CAN MAKE UP WORKOUTS ON THE WEEKENDS IF NEEDED! SOMETIMES THERE WILL BE A FEW DAYS AT THE END OF THE CHALLENGE WHERE YOU'LL HAVE TIME TO MAKE UP WORKOUTS THEN, TOO.

MY APP IS GLITCHING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MOST UPDATED VERSION OF THE APP, CLEAR YOUR HISTORY AND CACHE ON YOUR PHONE, AND MAKE SURE NO OTHER APPS ARE OPEN WHILE USING THE GROUP CHAT!

DO I NEED TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTS DURING THIS CHALLENGE?

SUPPLEMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO HELP PROGRESS, NOT NEEDED!

CAN I DO THIS CHALLENGE BOTH AT HOME OR IN THE GYM?

Yes both! If you're at home all you need Is dumbbells! There will be a home and gym option for each day to choose from.

WHAT IF I'VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE? IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

No worries! We welcome beginners & It IS beginner friendly! You can lower the weights and start with body weight if needed 

WHAT IF MY GOAL IS TO GAIN WEIGHT AND MUSCLE, WOULD THIS. BE THE RIGHT CHALLENGE FOR ME?

Yes! this challenge offers BOTH- a weight loss/muscle gain & weight gain/muscle gain approach! you will be able to do this through nutrition & Instructions on the app! 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY THAT PREVENTS ME FROM DOING CERTAIN MOVEMENTS? CAN WE MODIFY THINGS?

Yes! and there are modification recommendations on the app as well.
