Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns:

There are no refunds or exchanges for bands.

BANDS PURCHASED CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF THERE IS A KNOWN VALID ERROR IN THE ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND OPENING. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS FOR ANY OTHER REASONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If there is a manufacturing issue, a photo must be sent to bodybyzizzo@gmail.com immediately upon package opening.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.
If you return an item because of a manufacturing issue, shipping cost is NOT refunded.

Body By Zizzo  is not responsible for any shipping issues due to address input errors or USPS handling errors.

There are no refunds or exchanges on guides, challenges, 1:1 coaching, or any workout plans provided by Amanda Zizzo on the Body By Zizzo Fitness website. 

All coaching, guides, challenges, and fitness plans are final sale, and shall not be shared.
