DO I NEED TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTS DURING THIS CHALLENGE?

SUPPLEMENTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO HELP PROGRESS, NOT NEEDED!

CAN I DO THIS CHALLENGE BOTH AT HOME OR IN THE GYM?

Yes both! If you're at home all you need Is dumbbells! There will be a home and gym option for each day to choose from.

WHAT IF I'VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE? IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?

No worries! We welcome beginners & It IS beginner friendly! You can lower the weights and start with body weight if needed

WHAT IF MY GOAL IS TO GAIN WEIGHT AND MUSCLE, WOULD THIS. BE THE RIGHT CHALLENGE FOR ME?

Yes! this challenge offers BOTH- a weight loss/muscle gain & weight gain/muscle gain approach! you will be able to do this through nutrition & Instructions on the app!
