I started seeing small changes almost immediately, but I wanted to give myself some time and see what staying consistent with the program would actually do before leaving an honest review.
I’m currently 27 days into Amanda’s 12 week challenge, and I can genuinely say I’m so glad I decided to do this! ❤️
I had completely fallen off with working out over the last year, and I really needed something that would help me get back into it without feeling overwhelmed. The workouts are definitely challenging and I feel them, but they’re also realistic and manageable. I don’t dread doing them or feel like I want to give up.
One of the things I appreciate most is that I’m not starving! 😂 I’m actually SUPER full with my meals. This doesn’t feel like a crash diet or a quick fix program at all. My weight is coming down slowly, and I’m actually happy with that because I want to lose weight in a healthy way and build habits I can maintain after these 12 weeks are over.
The scale hasn’t changed dramatically yet, but my body definitely has. I can see it, I can feel it, and I especially notice it in the way my clothes are fitting. My confidence is coming back, I feel stronger, and overall I just feel GOOD again.
I know I can still do better with getting more cardio in, that part is on me while balancing work, school, workouts, and life, but I’ve stayed consistent with the program, and I’m seeing what that consistency is doing.
Amanda is supportive, encouraging, and holds me accountable without making the process feel impossible. I’m not even halfway through the 12 week challenge yet, and seeing this much of a difference already makes me really excited to see where I’ll be at the end. 🙏🏻❤️
Thanks girl, I appreciate you! 🫶🏼
