This is my first challenge w Amanda and I love it ! She really build this program with mommas in mind . The work outs are great and challenging. I can see a difference in my strength already and it’s only been 3 weeks . Definitely recommend .

I have loved this challenge! I didn’t realize how capable I am at doing some of the workouts, until I tried them. The group encouragement is incredible. I have been able to learn and understand my meals and macros and I am already feeling and seeing changes in my body. I have already joined the next challenge bc I do not want to miss out! Thank you!

This is the first time I’ve done the program and I’m definitely going to do it again! I’m 5 months postpartum and this is my first time really getting back into fitness. I felt like the workouts are challenging and the community support is absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend this program for anyone who’s just getting back into fitness.

This is the second time I’ve done a challenge with Amanda. My first was a year ago and I won!! But with work, an infant and 2 older children, I lost myself. I stopped working out, caloric surplus and ended up heavier than I’ve ever been. So I joined again and really dedicated the time to focus on me. After 3 weeks, I can’t even explain how much better I feel. Yes my clothes fit better. Yes, I have more energy. But most of all, I’m a happier mom. Taking the time to make time for me has been the best choice with this challenge. I workout super early and in silence (moms get this) but it’s MY time. It’s for me. I love that Amanda’s challenges has started bringing me back to a priority. If I’m not taking care of me the way I deserve, I can’t care for them the way they deserve.

No worries! We welcome beginners & It IS beginner friendly! You can lower the weights and start with body weight if needed

Yes! this challenge offers BOTH- a weight loss/muscle gain & weight gain/muscle gain approach! you will be able to do this through nutrition & Instructions on the app!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY THAT PREVENTS ME FROM DOING CERTAIN MOVEMENTS? CAN WE MODIFY THINGS?
