Yes both! If you're at home all you need Is dumbbells! There will be a home and gym option for each day to choose from.
WHAT IF I'VE NEVER WORKED OUT BEFORE? IS IT BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
No worries! We welcome beginners & It IS beginner friendly! You can lower the weights and start with body weight if needed
WHAT IF MY GOAL IS TO GAIN WEIGHT AND MUSCLE, WOULD THIS. BE THE RIGHT CHALLENGE FOR ME?
Yes! this challenge offers BOTH- a weight loss/muscle gain & weight gain/muscle gain approach! you will be able to do this through nutrition & Instructions on the app!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY THAT PREVENTS ME FROM DOING CERTAIN MOVEMENTS? CAN WE MODIFY THINGS?
Yes! and there are modification recommendations on the app as well.
These workouts have challenged me in ways I never thought the would!! My body feels it in the best way! Only 2 weeks into it and I can see baby abs coming through 😍 Love the accountability chat and support from the community.
Amanda has great structure on challenges. You get a home/gym option. The app helps hold you accountable for your workouts and helps keep track of your weight for your workouts.
I am absolutely loving this challenge so far! I already feel more confident and energized, and I’m honestly a little disappointed I didn’t start Amanda’s challenges sooner. I’m already seeing physical changes in my body, and other people have noticed too which is such a great feeling!
The workouts aren’t overwhelming or impossible, but they are definitely challenging in the best way. They push me without making me feel defeated. It’s the perfect balance.

@Amanda.Zizzo Mostly like that we can encourage each other with out judging. Some of us don’t even know each other. It doesn’t matter age, race, lifestyle. We are all looking to better ourselves, feel better about ourselves. Exercises are your pace and time. 🙂
This is my second time joining a challenge with Amanda. My first time was postpartum with my daughter and I felt so included in the workouts while on maternity leave when I couldn’t get to the gym as well as feeling safe in the core workouts. This time around I joined knowing I have more accessible gym time. & so far I love the variety of HIIT and lifting circuits she has to offer. Additionally, plenty of meals to choose from as well as grocery lists of things so meal prepping doesn’t become mundane. Having the community chat for questions and accountability has been great to know you’re not doing this challenge alone. Would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to better themselves!
