Yes! Amanda is a mother of 2 herself, and understands the adjustments and modifications needed for exercises and core movements, to best help heal your core and rebuild strength after pregnancy. The program will be built around your needs.

CAN I DO THIS COACHING IF I AM BREASTFEEDING?

Yes 100% !  The workouts and nutrition will be tailored around your goals and breastfeeding calories will be taken into consideration!
