I love how toned and slim with curves I’m getting again 🩷

This guide has really helped me already I’m on week 3 and I’m already toning up, waist line getting slim and flatter stomach, hips more profound buttocks getting back rounder, legs toning up again. I’m doing the daily exercises and then hitting the treadmill also for that extra cardio session. Get this book you will be happy with results. Eat your veggies and protein and you’re gonna look good. Thanks Zizzo for creating this.

I really love the Full Body at home guide. Very easy to use. Keeps me motivated. Each day targets certain areas such as legs or biceps, triceps. I’m on my 4th week and I definitely see a difference in my body shape already.
