This Program is a Game Changer!
I started this challenge because I was almost 2 years post partum from my first baby and was feeling hopeless in my journey back to my "old body". Going to the gym and working out was never my issue, it was eating well and still enjoying what I was eating. When I tell you I am a food girly, I mean it, I LOVE food, which was why up until this challenge working out did nothing for me since I couldn't match that with a good diet. This challenge was EXACTLY what I needed to kick start a healthy lifestyle change and re build my relationship with food. I can't thank Amanda enough for her nutrition guide and meal ideas. What you get for what you pay for is honestly a STEAL. Meal after meal I found myself literally never bored of my options, and hitting macros like I quite literally never had before. That matched with some KILLER workouts actually lead to results that you can both see and feel! My post partum savior
I joined this group to ease me back into lifting again 6 weeks post partum. The workouts were challenging but could easily be scaled back for a beginner. The group chat was my favorite part! All of the girls hold each other accountable and are so encouraging! I would recommend this challenge especially if you’re struggling with consistency.

My first challenge
I started this challenge because I was feeling super insecure after my third baby and I also wanted to start having more discipline when it came to fitness. After my six weeks I fell really happy with how it went! The workouts in my opinion were a bit hard but as the weeks go by, you start getting the hang of it and it becomes easier. I lost a few pounds, but more importantly, I feel stronger and more confident. Amanda was super supportive, and I loved the group vibe—everyone was in it together. It definitely pushed me to step out of my comfort zone. I’d recommend this program to anyone looking to make a change. Ready for challenge number 2!

Just finished my second challenge and wow the results just amaze me . I am not one who loves to work out lol. But I love that I don’t need to stress about what workout to do and I get to do it in my own home. On the days where I didn’t feel motivated the group chat always lifted me up. Reading others comments and seeing I wasn’t the only one feeling this way. Everyone lifting everyone up. Seeing everyone’s amazing results it definitely kept me motivated. Can’t wait to do the next challenge.
