Amazing program

Have been taking her 6 week challenges on and off for 2 years and I am addicted. She literally gives you the sauce and it’s up to you to do the work! The changes I’ve seen in my body have made me love myself even more!

3rd challenge & I keep coming back for more!

As a mom of two, that works full time and is pursuing their masters I needed a program to get me to focus on my workout AND my macros. Amanda has done just that! This is my third challenge and in my second week I feel stronger, leaner, more focused on me than ever. I’m so proud of myself and the work I’ve put in. Amazing community that keeps you motivated

This is my first ever fitness challenge I join and I am glad I did! The woman that joined and Amanda are all great and very inspiring. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MOST UPDATED VERSION OF THE APP, CLEAR YOUR HISTORY AND CACHE ON YOUR PHONE, AND MAKE SURE NO OTHER APPS ARE OPEN WHILE USING THE GROUP CHAT!

Yes both! If you're at home all you need Is dumbbells! There will be a home and gym option for each day to choose from.

No worries! We welcome beginners & It IS beginner friendly! You can lower the weights and start with body weight if needed 

Yes! this challenge offers BOTH- a weight loss/muscle gain & weight gain/muscle gain approach! you will be able to do this through nutrition & Instructions on the app!
