Im a two time c section momma and have been trying to get my “pink” back and this program definitely is helping me hit my goals to feel better and look better than I have the entire two x postpartum! I love the app and technology as well, I’ve done 3 different programs from different fitness instructors and this one by far had the best layouts. You can choose alternative moves so if you need more of a challenge or if you have a particular weakness for example you can get other moves that work with your body! It’s beginner friendly but it’s also experienced people friendly so the whole spectrum can find something on this app! I love the Apple Watch integrations- this is rare out there on the market to have a good product and good technology to match! There are instructions and videos for each move so t that takes away the guess work and there’s the online community to help keep you on task! It’s a full recommendation from me!!
I am totally In love with this program! Not only are the exercises easy to follow but they come with videos too which I really appreciate. The work outs have been easy to incorporate into my busy schedule and I can always move the work out routine to a different day which I really like. Nutrition has always been my down fall, but I do love the suggestions given. Most importantly I love the sense of community, accountability and support. I go to the gym alone and it can be hard to show up sometimes, but when I think of all the challengers o realize I am not alone and want to show up for them as well. 100% recommend!
This challenge didn’t just change my body it changed my mindset. The workouts were intense, but they pushed me to levels I didn’t even know I had in me. I feel stronger, more confident, and the results speak for themselves. I proved to myself that I can do hard things and that’s the real win. This is my first time ever sticking to a workout plan. It is very structured easy to follow and overall look forward to working out every day. As a mother of five young kids, working 10-11 hr night shifts, and trying to find time to rest and workout is hard but I’m determined to make a change in my life to better my health and overall mental health.
