WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY THAT PREVENTS ME FROM DOING CERTAIN MOVEMENTS? CAN WE MODIFY THINGS?

Workouts are great but would have loved a custom plan. Should have read more about the challenge before I jumped on. This is great for someone who is just starting. I’ve been a lifter for 2 years and recovered from miniscus tear on my right knee. So I’m still weary of some movements. I had to constantly alter the workouts on the app and had to do my own thing rather than follow the plan. Didn’t make me feel as accomplished as some of the other ladies got. I do reach out but never got a response .
Participating in Zizzo’s workout challenge has honestly been such a game changer for me. From the very beginning, I felt motivated to stay consistent and truly hold myself accountable in a way I hadn’t before. This challenge pushed me to fully commit—100%—and actually follow through, and that alone has been so empowering.
Physically, I feel stronger than ever, but the confidence I’ve gained is just as impactful. I walk into the gym feeling good, prepared, and confident because the workouts are so well-structured and effective. I don’t second-guess myself anymore—I trust the process and my ability to show up and do the work.
This challenge was exactly the start and boost I needed. It helped me build discipline, confidence, and a genuine love for being consistent in the gym. I’m beyond grateful for this experience and I’m already looking forward to many more challenges with Zizzo!
I’m currently on Week 6 of the New Years Fitness Challenge and have appreciated the weekly exercises. Challenging enough to where I’m sweating buckets, heart pumping, and breathing heavily and it feels great! I love the options it provides of either Home or Gym, and if an assigned exercise can’t be performed, there’s a list of substitutes to choose from. Well structured, program, a supportive chat for encouragement and overall a good reason to invest in you!
