Amanda's challenges are so exhilarating! Honestly I was skeptical because it's not in person and I thought I would not succeed. Joining the challenge is really like a community and everyone is so motivating, empowering and supportive. We all bounce ideas off each other and remind one another that we will get through this challenge. Do not get me wrong the beginning is HARD and it's easy to want to give up but the girlies in the group wont let you! 🥰 I never had intentions on actually joining the contest I went in hoping to workout at least 3x a week and just to get active. As the challenge went on I start getting compliments from my coworkers and my head was pumped up! 🤪 So I decided to enter the contest and tied for 4th. A win is a win and a b*tvh was juiced! 😂😂 I was very consistent with working out but fell short a lot on counting macros(will do better next challenge) and really feel I would've placed higher if I was consistent with my eating. 10/10 recommend joining her challenges sometimes theres little extra perks too but 🤫🤫 didn't hear that from me 🫣🙃 Theres a lot of people who join so if you ask her a question she will probably miss it but the community is there to answer and if she does see it trust she will thoroughly answer all questions. She is very helpful & I love the confidence she gives you when you post your progress pictures. I just want to give a huge thank you to you Amanda as you gave me so much confidence. Prior to finding Amanda's page I was in tears and very insecure over how I looked. Do not get me wrong I'm not where I want to be but knowing I was able to win a challenge was the boost I needed🥹🫶🏾🥰
My favorite part (outside of the group chat/community) is that the app has a lot of substitute exercises. My least favorite part is knowing how shitty my bras are because when it comes to them high knees and mountain climbers 😂😂 babyyyyyy mfs be jumping 😂 All jokes aside this was a great experience and will definitely be joining more challenges.🫶🏾🫶🏾
My first challenge w/Amanda was in September 2022! I've had at least 20-30 trainers my whole life and she's definitely in the top 3! She's so positive, understands that we all fall, and pushes us to get back up. I love that about her. Her workouts feel difficult at first, but once you're able to complete one, u feel so accomplished and proud. This last challenge i felt it was targeted more for postpartum mommas, which is great (we all need that extra push) however the workouts were still great for us that haven't had a kid in 18 years 😜 i totally recommend her challenges. My friends and family have joined a few challenges as well.
Amanda is amazing! I have joined her challenges since 2021. I definitely kept seeing progress. Not only do I feel great, but I look great! I have gained so much confidence because of her challenges. Amanda is a great fitness trainer. She’s real and so compassionate about what she does. I’m so glad I found her page. 💖
This is my 3rd challenge and I love It every single time, 3rd challenge for a reason!! The workouts are fun, it’s for all fitness levels, and postpartum mommas like myself! It has a group chat full of women and It was so supportive. That was my fav part of the challenge ❤️ def plan on joining again!

Yes both! If you're at home all you need Is dumbbells! There will be a home and gym option for each day to choose from.

No worries! We welcome beginners & It IS beginner friendly! You can lower the weights and start with body weight if needed
WHAT IF MY GOAL IS TO GAIN WEIGHT AND MUSCLE, WOULD THIS. BE THE RIGHT CHALLENGE FOR ME?
Yes! this challenge offers BOTH- a weight loss/muscle gain & weight gain/muscle gain approach! you will be able to do this through nutrition & Instructions on the app!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY THAT PREVENTS ME FROM DOING CERTAIN MOVEMENTS? CAN WE MODIFY THINGS?
