I’m so grateful for this program. It was so difficult at first but a challenge that I really needed. I hadn’t been this active since before I had my (now 3 year old) daughter. It felt like I was too far gone for any kind of postpartum repair or strength training. But little by little I started noticing changes. First mentally, then physically. I’m midway through week 5 and I’ve become stronger and built a lot of endurance. The physical process is slower than I thought it would be, but it’s happening. I’ve lost fat and gained muscle. Even though I haven’t lost tons of weight, my body composition has changed a lot and size is different. I feel much more confident and have more energy. I finally enjoy working out!

This challenge is amazing, not just physically but mentally also! It has helped me make improvements to my life as far as my eating habits, my daily habits and my exercise habits. This is the first challenge I've stuck with consistently and it's been so awesome. I'm noticing changes in my body and feeling so great mentally. I started this challenge with little to no weights feeling weak. Now in week 5 I'm lifting weights heavier than I thought I could get to and I'm feeling strong! Amanda has created such a great program and community and I look forward to seeing how far I have come by week 6 as well as starting the next challenge and seeing where it takes me!
Amanda is an amazing person. Her challenges aren’t like any other. THEY TRULY WORK. I’ve been following her for YEARS and the love sh has for all her clients is amazing. She is a REAL one. These challenges really focus on fat loss and muscle gain. But she also gives options for healthy weight gain too if needed. And that’s in the group challenges too. She is well rounded and participates in the challenge chat and really engages with all of us. This photo is after 4 weeks of ONE challenge! I can’t wait to see the final results after 6 weeks. I’ve already signed up for the next one as well!

This challenge was more than I ever expected. Amanda has helped me as well as many others with our fitness journey! I joined this challenge to help motivate me to build the healthy habits of eating and working out again. Which it truly has helped me and it’s showing. After having my first daughter I felt lost and did not have the drive and motivation to get healthy again. I stumbled across Amanda’s IG and was so inspired by her fitness journey. Now, after having my second baby I decided to do some self care and focus on my physical health and mental health. The women in this challenge are so supportive and motivating! Yes both! If you're at home all you need Is dumbbells! There will be a home and gym option for each day to choose from.

No worries! We welcome beginners & It IS beginner friendly! You can lower the weights and start with body weight if needed
WHAT IF MY GOAL IS TO GAIN WEIGHT AND MUSCLE, WOULD THIS. BE THE RIGHT CHALLENGE FOR ME?
Yes! this challenge offers BOTH- a weight loss/muscle gain & weight gain/muscle gain approach! you will be able to do this through nutrition & Instructions on the app!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY THAT PREVENTS ME FROM DOING CERTAIN MOVEMENTS? CAN WE MODIFY THINGS?
