No worries! We welcome beginners & It IS beginner friendly! You can lower the weights and start with body weight if needed

Yes! this challenge offers BOTH- a weight loss/muscle gain & weight gain/muscle gain approach! you will be able to do this through nutrition & Instructions on the app!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY THAT PREVENTS ME FROM DOING CERTAIN MOVEMENTS? CAN WE MODIFY THINGS?

I’ve tried other fitness challenges before, but none of them really pushed or inspired me. They just didn’t feel like the right fit. Then I came across a few of Amanda’s fitness clips, and something about her style caught my attention. I found myself really paying attention to her form and the way she trained.
I usually stick to lifting heavy weights and walking—either on the treadmill or outside—but her workouts were different. She mixes upper and lower body with cardio finishers like HIIT and supersets, which made things way more interesting. I was instantly curious and wanted to try it for myself.
So I finally stopped just watching and signed up for her fitness challenge. I’ve been doing it for two weeks now, and honestly, I feel so much more energized. My muscles have that good kind of soreness, and I’m even staying consistent with tracking my macros—which is a big deal for me.
Her app makes everything really easy to follow, and that’s helped me stay on track. Not to mention the app's community and support from other females. Overall, I’m really happy I joined and will definitely be signing up for another challenge. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I had so much fun completing Amanda’s challenge that I signed up for another round! Amanda’s routines challenge you but in a way that isn’t discouraging, and makes it feel like you can achieve your goals! All you gotta do is stick the plan and youWILL see results!!! Don’t cheat yourself!!! Challenge yourself!
This is my 2nd challenge with Amanda. The workouts are challenging in the best way possible! If you need to make adjustments to any exercise there are a ton of substitutions. The community and support you get from the group is a huge motivation. Take a leap of faith and invest in yourself!
I have done two challenges so far and have got AMAZING results. She really knows what she is doing and I can’t wait to continue my journey with her! Highly recommend!
